Recruitment firm CML was awarded Top Employer of the Year in the small business category, at the top employer awards, held earlier this year and organised by the Cayman Islands Society for Human Resource Professionals. The Journal speaks with employees at the firm to appreciate why CML is worth the top spot.

Our drive to be the best at what we do is a mere glimpse into how this company is operated. Steve McIntosh is one boss that I really enjoy working for. He is a down-to-earth kind of guy, who doesn’t make you feel inferior because of your personal ideas. In fact, he welcomes each individual employee’s thoughts on how we can make this company better. My co-workers are just as approachable and the work environment is friendly. One can most definitely say that once you become a member of CML, you have become an addition to ‘a family-unit’. 
Thanks to CML, I can honestly say that I have grown in many ways and should I decide in the future to change careers, my chances out in the work force will be greatly improved from this experience.
